Our Financial Advisors act as advocates for clients and are committed to continually enhance, enrich, and serve their community. They problem-solve for their clients, researching and proposing educated financial strategies which leads to long-lasting, value-based client relationships. As a Financial Advisor with DFW Wealth Strategies, a member of The Guardian Network®, you will gather, manage and service a book of investment-oriented clients by identifying and acquiring assets and developing additional business through referrals.

What You'll Be Doing...
- Work with clients to understand their goals, concerns, and current financial information. Analyze information to create a strategy with appropriate products and services.
- Develop and maintain a base of clients who value your input and guidance.
- Work with clients to keep their financial strategies current and aligned with their goals, building relationships with clients that will last for years.

This means having the flexibility and choice to build your business how you envision it while helping your clients grow their wealth.
Requirements
- Must hold, or be willing to obtain, one of the following:
- FINRA Series 65
- OR FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
- OR approved professional designation that exempts licensing such as a CFP, ChFC
- Must be eligible to register as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with the Texas State Securities Board
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships with professionalism and integrity
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a client base and meet performance goals
- Must pass a background check and comply with all applicable regulatory and firm policies
